Tim Inman is an executive coach and former Silicon Valley technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading engineering organizations, scaling technology platforms, and developing senior leaders at some of the world's most recognized technology companies. His career spans Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and high-growth technology startups, including leadership positions as Vice President of Engineering at Piazza, Head of Advertiser Experience Engineering at Pinterest, and Senior Partner Engineering Manager at LinkedIn.

At Pinterest, Tim led a team of 50+ engineers responsible for advertiser-facing technology supporting the company's advertising platform. At LinkedIn, he built and led the Partner Engineering organization, working closely with senior product and engineering executives to scale strategic partnerships and improve platform performance. His team reduced partner onboarding time by 75% and business support time by 90%. Earlier, at Meta (Facebook), Tim managed 20+ engineers, partnering directly with the CIO and Head of Sales to align technology execution with business priorities.
